Chart 6 is a breakdown of natural & Organic personal care (NPC) and health and beauty care (HBC) revenues in 2005 - 2008 with 2009 estimates for the following 12 product
categories: cosmetics, feminine hygiene, hair products, baby care, nail care, oral hygiene, bath items, deodorants, shaving products, skin care,
bath/toilet soap and fragrances.
Also, a summary table presents total NPC sales by 8 channels including: ‘Core’ Natural Personal Care Brands, department store/gift boutique/salon/spa,
specialty personal care stores, network marketing, other direct & multi-channel NPC brands and finally, mass market/beauty supply discounters.
